Description

This high performance block upconverter is intended for use in professional applications in Ku-band such as satellite earth stations. The BMCU95 includes a single conversion upconverter stage with appropiate filtering, a low phase noise local oscillator, a microprocessor based monitor and control circuitry, and power supply. BMCU95 can be controlled via RS422/RS485 or Ethernet. External reference and power supply has dedicated connectors, however both can be feed on L-band input as well. This block converter is housed in an indoor IP50 rated cabinet.
