We will notify you via email about the status of your inquiry.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Simply enter the tracking number in the designated field to get real-time updates on your delivery. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Our basic warranty covers your product for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost to you, provided the issues arise from proper use of the product and the warranty label has not been removed. Extended warranty is available for an additional cost. This extended warranty provides coverage beyond the standard one-year period.
The delivery charge depends on several factors, including the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination country.
To return a product, you will need to provide the exact serial number of the item. If the product is under warranty, BHE will cover the shipping and repair costs. However, if the product is not under warranty, the customer will be responsible for these costs. In order to enforce the guarantee, the customer shall, at their own expense, deliver the goods to the contractor’s premises and shall pick them up there or have them shipped on EXW parity.

We can provide an interface control document upon request that you can use to implement your own monitoring and control solution. If you tell us that you want to use your own software when ordering, we can provide the ICD well before shipment so you can start integrating our product into your system in time.
According to the GTC, but due to the nature of the specific systems our customers often require this might be specific to the order/customer agreement.
When you order a product from us, we will provide all necessary software for monitoring and controlling it upon shipment. This includes:
– Control software (used to connect to a single unit).
– BHE Product Finder application (for devices with an Ethernet interface)
– For repeaters, BHE NMS Lite edition option is available.

You can order the cables necessary to use your device from us, including monitoring and RF cables. Note that additional cables are not provided by default, and need to be ordered separately.

CritCom-related Questions
Yes. You can order our repeaters with SNMPv3 interface, which supports authentication and encryption. By default, the SHA-1 and AES algorithms are supported, but additional algorithms are also available on user request.
